You really can't go wrong with hummus. It can be made in a cinch, is tasty and full of protein! I love including ingredients like raw garlic which is immune-boosting and tahini sesame paste which is full of calcium. My all-time favorite hummus recipe is from Rachael Ray. The recipe is a great blend of flavors.
